Entry Deadline for State Meet

​

• Registration opens August 15th.

• Enter ALL your gymnasts by October 1st!!  You can scratch anyone that does not qualify by Monday, November 10th for a full refund for any non-qualifier.  Also, enter all coaches that could possibly be attending.

Compulsory and Xcel Bronze State Meet Entry Requirements:

 

• Xcel Bronze requires participation in 1 seasonal meet.

• Level 2, 3, 4 & 5:   The 32.00 All Around score for entry into the Compulsory  State  Meet  must  be  achieved  at  an  in-state,  scheduled,  seasonal  meet  adhering  to  Wisconsin  guidelines  and  open  to  all  USAG-WI  clubs.  

• Or through petition to the SAC with scores.  The  final  State  Meet  qualifier  and  the   late  qualifiers'  State  Meet  entry  deadline  are 2 weeks prior to the meet. ​

Entry Fee Refund Policy

​

The  Wisconsin  State  policy  for  refunding  State  Meet  entry  fees  is  two  weeks  prior to the first day of a weekend competition.

●  Full refunds will be given for any reason up to that date.

●  No refunds are given for any reason within two weeks of the meet.
