What you need to know...
MONTHLY TUITION
You will be billed on the 16th of each month for next up coming month of classes. Monthly tuition is based on how many times a class meets in a month; this will vary month to month. Holidays/breaks are prorated into each month's tuition. Click here for school year calendar with blackout dates. If there are 4 Mondays in a month you pay for 4 classes, if there are 3 classes you pay for 3. We do not give refunds or credits if your child misses their scheduled classes. See our make-up policy for further information.
WE PRO-RATE FOR MID-MONTH STARTS
Please register early to ensure your choice of class times. Registrations are taken on a first-come basis. You will be placed on a waitlist if the class is full. If there is an opening, you can start mid-month. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need help finding a class.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We require full payment at the time of registration. Payment will automatically be deducted on the 16th of each month for the upcoming month. Payment will be auto drafted, and should your payment be declined, you will have until the 18th to remedy your payment method and make a payment, or your spot will be released to the next in line.
CHANGING CLASS TIMES
Changing days or times is permitted at any time as long as there is room in your desired class. You can put your child on a waitlist while keeping your current spot until your desired spot opens up.
MOVING UP
LaFleur's will notify you when your child is ready to move-up. Every child moves at a different pace, but keep in mind that MOST move-ups happen a year from their start date at each level (Except Tots and Ninja. Those are by age). LaFleur's will make sure your child moves up when it is appropriate. If you are placed on a waitlist for the next level, you should keep your current spot. Our instructors are trained to keep each student moving forward until you are able to make the switch.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
LaFleur’s reserves the right to change, combine, or cancel classes based on enrollment. We will contact you if this situation should arise and work with you to find another class. A full refund will be granted if your class is changed to a new time or canceled and we cannot find a class time that works with your schedule.
UNENROLLMENT
Notice must be made by the 15th of each prior month to effectively cancel for the next upcoming month. Exception, the drop date for September is August 1st! (There is no refund after August 1st for September). You must email your notice to:

Your card will be charged on the 16th for the upcoming month. Once you make your payment there are no refunds. (We require a 15-day notice from the start of the month, to let someone else fill the spot.) For an injury with a doctor's excuse, please call or stop at the front desk.
MAKE-UP POLICY
You are allowed one make-up per month. The make-up class can be scheduled by calling or stopping at the front desk. A student must be actively enrolled to eligible for a make-up class and can only choose the class level they are currently enrolled in. We only allow one child to make-up per class.
*Make-up classes are not available for team, high school or camps.
Discounts

2nd class discount: Same child, 2nd class 20% off.

2nd child discount: Same family, every child after the first is $10 off
