Our Tot program is a great way to help develop a
young child's motor skills and see what they can do with their
body. Following directions, taking turns, and group
interaction is also a strong part of the program. Learning
through fun and challenging equipment set ups will be emphasized.
To ensure the best placement for your child, we have broken the
classes into the following groups:
Tot
Open Gyms: Mondays 10:00am - 2:00pm, Thursdays 10:00am - 12:00
pm and Fridays 12:00pm - 2:00pm
(September
- May)
All Tot classes start with a short (10 minute)
warm-up followed by 3 or 4 set ups around the gym. These set
ups introduce the children to the various gymnastics equipment and
teach the fundamentals of the sport. These classes are co-ed
and the all the children are taught both boys and girls skills.
